Crytek has announced that closed alpha for their new FPS game, Hunt: Showdown will take place in January 2018. Registration for those wishing to follow this closed alpha can start now.

Hunt: Showdown itself is a multiplayer game where you are tasked with hunting down monsters. There is a bounty given for every conquered monster. In addition to monsters, you also have to be wary of other hunters if you do not want to be being hunted. Because they also want the bounty and will hunt anyone who has it.
Characters in this game equipped with a capability called dark sight to do tracking of their targets. With this ability, players who bring bounty or monsters will be easier to track its existence.
