Chronology begins when a hacker who already has an account belonging to Bouba971 wants to reset the account, the hacker then contacted the EA Customer Service named Bhupendra Kumar and claimed to be Bouba971.
Costumer Service EA then asks Recovery question to ensure ownership of the account is really Bouba971, should the Customer Service sent the confirmation code to the original E-mail Bouba971 but the hacker managed to fool the apparently visible Costumer Service to send the code to the Origin account who managed to hack by spinning questions.
As a result instead of sending to E-mail Bouba971, he instead sends the code to the Inbox account of the banned Origin Bouba971. After the hacker successfully reset the password he looted the entire FUT (Fifa Ultimate Team) owned by Bouba971 worth 20 million Coins and also 14 Million Coins owned by Bouba971.
Bouba971 claimed that he spent over 10,000 USD was over 130 million Rupees to compose his entire Team !. Later Bouba971 reported back on the loss of all assets in his FIFA account, EA simply replied with "sorry there's just nothing we can do" and then hung up the help ticket. Now Bouba971 was trying to find a lawyer's help and it seemed he was trying to try the Law.
